1930’s Terrace House
1930’s terrace house with a large interior space requiring a full house renovation with loft, bathrooms, re-wire ,re-plumbed, flooring, tiling, decorating, extension and kitchen followed by a patio area.
Tw10 architects in conjunction with Prince Design London worked on a solution not to lose the space in the box bedroom and pay special attention to the stair layout turning the stairs into the exsisting hall area.
A large 4-5 bed house with all the comforts required, finished to a very high standard. The ground floor included a lounge, kitchen, utility, cloakroom and storage area. The first floor included a bathroom, three bedrooms and storage and the loft included a walk-in dressing room, shower room, large bedroom and study.
